1. What is the Buellton Medical Center?

The Buellton Medical Center is a medical facility that provides medical care to patients of all ages. We offer a variety of services including Family Practice, Women’s Health, physicals such as Sports Physicals, DMV Physicals and Wellness checks. We are NOT an Emergency room and if you are having chest pain or other severe symptoms we advise you to call 911. You can read more about the Center under the heading ABOUT US on the web site.

2. Can Buellton Medical Center be my Primary Health Care Provider?

Yes. We would be pleased to take care of your health care needs.

3. How can I find Buellton Medical Center?

Look under the heading CONTACT US. A map will be provided for you and you may get directions from your location to the Center.

4. How do I make an appointment?

Appointments are made by calling our Center at 805-686-8555 between the hours of 8AM and 4:30 PM. We do not close for lunch.

5. Do you have same day appointments available?

Though many of our patients are seen by appointment, you may call the Buellton Medical Center and check the availability of same day appointments. Most people can be seen the same day or next day without an appointment.

6. Can I get immunizations and vaccinations at the Buellton Medical Center?

Yes, we provide a broad range of immunizations and vaccines. Before Flu Season, we have flu vaccines available.

7. Do you take my insurance?

We accept most medical insurance plans. Please call the office and we will gladly check to see if we presently accept your particular insurance plan.

8. May I be seen by a Clinician if I’m from out of town visiting the area?

Yes, call for an appointment. You will be asked to pay at the time of service and you will be given paperwork to submit to your insurance carrier.

9. What happens if I can’t make my appointment?

We ask that you call the Buellton Medical Center and cancel your appointment as soon as possible. If you miss your appointment, you may be charged a $25 No Show Service Fee.

10. Are X-ray and Laboratory tests available at the Buellton Medical Center?

We do not have X-ray at the Buellton Medical Center however we can order an x-ray at the local hospital and have same day results available to us. We have a variety of labs that can be done while you wait. We may also draw blood and send it to a local laboratory depending on the need.
