Buellton Medical Center is conveniently located on West Highway 246 in Buellton since 1996. We are locally owned and operated and are therefore able to offer our patients an unrushed visit with one of our Health Care Providers. Our front and back office staff has been with the Center for many years and is key in helping things run smoothly. Our Center includes both Private Practice patients and those in need of medical care but do not require the extensive care of the Emergency Room. Along with our local patients, we are always pleased to see our areas out of town guests. We are a multi-faceted office, offering Primary/Family Care and Internal Medicine along with many other services. We offer same day appointments and are often able to accommodate walk-ins on a same or next day basis.  We see patients with chronic problems such as diabetes or high blood pressure and acute problems such as cold symptoms and lacerations. We are always pleased to see people for wellness, including annual exams for women and general physicals. We are pleased to accept most major medical insurance plans. All of our services are provided in English and Spanish. We accept patients for physicals, including Sports physicals, DMV physicals and Employment Physicals. We also provide local businesses with Work Comp care. Flu shots are available and school immunizations are always available. We offer a range of minor surgical procedures and services.
