We offer a comprehensive array of services to meet all of your urgent and primary care needs. Whether you need to schedule a complete physical exam, require immunizations for an overseas trip, need a refill on medication, are struggling with depression, have a workman's compensation incident...the list continues, we are here to meet all of your medical concerns. Our team of skilled healthcare professionals are ready to assist you or will refer you to the appropriate specialist if needed.

Primary Care

Health promotion and disease prevention is the hallmark of primary care. That is why all of our providers are board-certified in primary/family care and can help you keep track of your health. We make sure you are up-to-date on all preventative screenings such as: colonoscopies, mammograms, pap smears, bone-density tests, and bloodwork. No matter what your age is--we can take care of you!

Minor Surgical Procedures

We perform a variety of minor surgical procedures not limited to: skin biopsies, skin tag removal, wart removal, laceration repair and suturing, suture/staple removal, and joint injections/drainage. Depending on your need, we provide expert care and follow-up treatment if necessary, or refer you to the appropriate specialist.

Immunizations

We can get you up to date with vaccines, update your immunization records or we can advise you as to what vaccines you may be missing. Please contact our office to find out more and ask about vaccine programs that you may be eligible for.

Drug Screening

We provide 12-panel including alcohol NON-DOT urine drug testing for pre-employment, post-accident, random, court ordered or just personal. Our staff follows guidelines to collect the specimen in the most secure and safe way. Our results turnaround time is 2-3 business days.

Urgent Appointments

We take walk-ins of every kind at our facility. If you aren't feeling well, and the problem is urgent but not an emergency, we will be happy to assess, diagnose, and treat you. Even if you are unsure of what you may have, our providers can see you and determine if you need a higher level of care. We are open late most days of the week to fit your needs!

Pediatrics

All of our nurse practitioners and physicians are also board-certified and trained in seeing pediatric patients from age 0-21. From routine well-child visits to ear infections, we see every primary/urgent medical concern and make sure that your children are up-to-date on all of their preventative health needs.

DMV, Employment, & Sports Physicals

If you need a DMV, employment, and/or sports physical exam for clearance, we are at your service!

In-House Testing

We offer many in-house tests and order multiple send outs for you. Some of them include pregnancy, diabetes, strep, flu, mono, and hemoglobin.

Women's Health

All of our nurse practitioners are experts at managing women's healthcare needs. If you are a woman, we have compassionate, patient, and knowledgable providers who can answer your questions and make sure you are up-to-date on all of your preventative healthcare needs. We also provide contraceptive counseling, hormone replacement therapy, and treat all types of female health conditions.

Mental Health

Lois Craig , LPCC leads our mental health team. All of our physicians and nurse practitioners are also trained in managing primary mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, disorder and other conditions. Please call our office for more information.

Breast Thermography Screening

Breast and Full Body Thermography available once a month by Dawn Belden from The Thermography Center of Santa Barbara. Call her to make an appointment at (805) 560-7602 and ask tell her you would like to be seen at Buellton Medical Center!
